Our #HappyHealthyWorkplace spotlight will soon be coming to an end, so we’re rounding off with some top tips from sector leaders.

We’ve been asking people across social media to share the little things they do to look after their own wellbeing at work. Here’s what some of our sector leaders had to say.

I look after my own wellbeing by working out before work, making sure I have my meals available during the day and making sure I take my annual leave.

Home, for much of the pandemic, also became my workplace. It became even more important, therefore, to maintain a meaningful separation between my personal and professional life. That’s why I do my best to protect my non-working days where possible, keeping them email free to allow me some headspace. It is vital we all spend time doing the things we enjoy and give us a sense of wellbeing, for example, visiting with family and friends.
