Would you like to be a peer reviewer?

We’re recruiting colleagues who will form a team of peer reviewers. Peer reviewers work alongside Skills for Care staff to carry out ASYE programme quality assurance (QA) review activity. We require peer reviewers from both adults services and from child and family settings.

A grant funding payment will be paid to the peer reviewers’ employer, or directly to the peer reviewer if they will peer review in a self-employed capacity. This is a great CPD opportunity.

Closing date is Friday 19 July.

Child and family ASYE annual report 2022-23

Every year we produce a report for the Department of Education about child and family ASYE. The most recent annual report and is now available to download from our website. It covers April 2022-March 2023 and focuses on ASYE activity undertaken during this time. The report is drawn on evidence from the quality assurance meetings, 360-degree evaluation tool data, portal data, action learning sets, feedback from national forums and events.

Key themes include a continued focus on equality, diversity and inclusion on ASYE programmes, the importance of investing in the ASYE and developing assessor quality.
