Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd wins three awards at regional Great British Care Awards

Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd were delighted to win three awards at the regional Great British Care Awards. They tell us about their win.
The Wakefield based company was a regional finalist in 10 categories at the Great British Care Awards and scooped three wins, plus a highly commended award.
The home care provider was delighted to attend the Great British Care Awards regional event held at Leeds Royal Armouries on 11 November.
The Great British Care Awards are a series of regional events throughout the UK and are a celebration of excellence across the care sector. The purpose of the awards are to pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.
Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd have been providing care and support to the local community in the Wakefield and Thornhill area for over 15 years. The company was founded by Sara Booth back in 2007 to provide social care to adults in their own homes. The company has gone from strength to strength with a CQC rating of ‘good’. The company is commissioned to provide care by Wakefield and Kirklees council.
On the night of the awards ceremony Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd was a regional finalist in the following categories:
- Sara Booth – Home Care Registered Managers Award
- Becky Bartlett – Home Care Coordinator Award
- Pauline Thompson – Home Care Coordinator Award
- Lisa Wright – Covid hero & Outstanding Contribution
- Katherine Cunnane – Home Care Worker
- Maria Johnson – Home Care Worker
- Emily Sykes – Care Newcomer
- Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd – Care Employer
- Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd – Home Care Team
- Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd – 3 R’s
The team was delighted to be announced the winner for three of these categories.
- Sara Booth is the regional winner for the Home Care Registered Managers Award.
- Becky Bartlett is the home care coordinator winner whilst Pauline Thompson won highly commended in the same category.
- Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd is the regional winner for the Home Care Team Award.
As a result the Regional winners will be going on to the Great British National Finals on 17 March 2023 at the ICC, Birmingham.
