The Cheshire and Merseyside Provider Engagement Forum has been set up to ensure adult social care providers are fully engaged in the work of Cheshire and Merseyside Association of Directors of Adult Social Care.
The forum is provider-led and linked to place. It’s intended to ensure providers have substantive and meaningful influence and involvement in strategic planning via clear and effective communication channels. This can include the testing of concepts, ideas, and joint working between providers and councils but will not include consultations on fees, which remain within the remit of each place local authority.
The forum will help Cheshire and Merseyside Association of Directors of Adult Social Care better shape, influence and support integrated care systems (ICS) to understand and respond to the needs of the adult social care sector by sharing their knowledge, expertise and experience.
For more information on the forum please contact Alison.Davenport@skillsforcare.org.uk or Alison.Everett@skillsforcare.org.uk.
The next meeting is on Wednesday 12 February 2025 10:00 - 12:00 via Teams.
We'll be adding upcoming agendas and minutes from previous meetings to this webpage in the near future.
