We’ll be focusing on the Department of Health and Social Care workforce related priorities and the newly launched Workforce Strategy for Adult Social Care. We’ll also take the time to look at what it means to providers and how you can be supported in relation to recruitment, retention, training and transformation of service delivery.
We’ll be running workshops on a number of topics. You’ll hear best practice examples from across the region and we’ll take a moment to celebrate the work that’s been delivered over the last few years.
Our guest speakers are:
- Neil Eastwood, a recognised expert and author on social care recruitment and retention and owner of Care Friends
- Katie Thorn from the Digital Care Hub, an expert in digital transformation.
