Event information
This networking and information conference gives you the opportunity to hear about developments in adult social care. This will include the Department of Health and Social Care workforce related priorities and the newly launched Workforce Strategy for Social Care. We’ll take the time to look at what it means to providers and how you can be supported in regards of recruitment, retention, training and transformation of service delivery.
You’ll have the opportunity to listen to a range of speakers from across the sector and attend workshops on a number of topics. We can support you to complete a personal/organisational action plan for you to take away and talk about how the Skills for Care Midlands Team can help you ‘move forward’ with your plans for 2025-26.
You’ll hear best practice examples from across the region and join us to celebrate the work that has been delivered over the last few years. We may even have a little surprise along the way!
