Factors affecting turnover

This page shows how workforce characteristics relate to a worker’s propensity to leave their role. The analysis shows the association between each variable and the turnover rate. Organisational factors affect turnover, as well as individual circumstances, therefore the variables presented here are not necessarily the cause of reason for a worker to leave their role.
